If we don’t capture the memories of days gone by, they eventually disappear and hide themselves away. It’s a long journey to rediscover the facts of life and times of those who have gone before us. As we piece the hints and puzzle pieces together, patience is a virtue. Brick walls must come tumbling down, somehow. Persistence is another virtue on the journey to find the the real life stories behind our bloodlines. Our ancestors once walked on this earth, living in a different time under different circumstances. They faced obstacles, hardships, and battles which may never cross our minds in this century of time. How would they think of this world today, or even their descendants …. us. Every soul has a story to tell. Hidden and buried as time marches onward. Will our lives and memories be forgotten 100 years from now ? As theirs are now? For this we rediscover the past and reattach our present with our bloodline with the souls whom DNA and bloodlines flows within our very being Today while it is still day. Tomorrow may never come, for some of us, so we shall light the candle and leave our puzzle in progress for those yet to be. Someday when time no longer exist, at least the pieces we fit into the puzzle will be there for another generation to keep a vigilant candle as they add more pieces for those yet to come.
